Our Story
ClassAddmin was born from a simple observation: schools across Ghana were spending countless hours on administrative tasks that could be automated. Paper-based records were getting lost, fee collection was a constant struggle, and reaching parents with important updates was nearly impossible.
In 2025, we set out to change that. We started by talking to headteachers, administrators, teachers, and parents across the country. We learned about their daily challenges, their frustrations, and their hopes for a better system.
What emerged was ClassAddmin — a platform built specifically for the needs of Ghanaian schools. We integrated mobile money payments because that's how most parents prefer to pay. We built offline capabilities because internet connectivity isn't always reliable. We made SMS notifications central because that's how messages reach everyone.
Today, over 50 schools trust ClassAddmin to manage their daily operations. We've helped collect hundreds of thousands of cedis in school fees, sent thousands of parent notifications, and saved countless hours of administrative work.
But we're just getting started. Our vision is to be the technology backbone for every school in Ghana — and eventually, across Africa.
