1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClassAddmin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

ClassAddmin is a school management platform that provides:

• Student information management
• Fee collection and financial tracking
• Attendance management
• Parent communication tools
• Report card generation
• Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your school to these terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use ClassAddmin only for lawful purposes related to school administration.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
• Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purposes
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ClassAddmin. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide our services.

6.2 Data Protection

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

ClassAddmin, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service during your subscription period.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party payment providers (MTN, Vodafone, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9.2 No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassAddmin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClassAddmin from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You have 30 days to export your data.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
